According to the Implementation Plan of Wuxi City for Promoting Multimodal Transport and Multi-port Linkage Construction of Modern Logistics Hub Demonstration City, we promote the completion of the action plan, conduct continuous and refined monitoring and evaluation analysis on the promotion and completion of tasks of each district and city, and summarize and evaluate the implementation effect in the promotion process on the basis of data and projects. It aims to build a new pattern of coordinated development of “Hub + Channel + Network + Service + Industry”, fully promote the development of multi-modal transport, digitalization and industrialization of multi-port linkage in Wuxi, and build a modern logistics hub demonstration city.
Main Work Undertaken
1. Connect and Communicate with Provincial Departments for Communication: Learn the policies of the provincial department, get familiar with the work requirements of the provincial department, and provide policy suggestions on the promotion and operation trend of Wuxi “Double Combinations and Double Enhancements” project and the plan for the key work in the next stage.
2. Build Transportation Monitoring and Analysis of the Integration of Big Data Platform: Establish and maintain the transportation monitoring database, establish the data collection channel and build the basic database for the “Double Combinations and Double Enhancements” engineering design data report, determining the content and analysis method.
3. Carry out Evaluation and Research Activities: Learn the progress of plate tasks and guide the orderly progress of various tasks.
4. Preparation of Research Report: Prepare operation monitoring and evaluation analysis report, and prepare thematic analysis report around key topics.

Based on market freight data, develop visual monitoring platform to improve management efficiency.
